I just weighed in at 90.4.

Sounds bad (and it is), but I was 91.4 the other day.

Not the loss I was planning a few weeks ago. And I am now indeed looking at 90 as a target, as predicted.

Turns out if you eat your own body weight in biscuits and chocolate every night whilst veging out in front of the telly, the weight doesn’t actually drop off! who knew?

I have stepped up my motivation, I know what I need to do, just looking for a way to encourage myself to do it.

And I need to keep focus…
